Cancel account with-out knowing your login information:

If you have forgotten your login information, you must send us the last six digits of the credit card currently being billed for your service. To ensure the security of your account, we can only cancel accounts through your control panel or with the last six digits of your credit card number. We need this information to guard against forged cancellation requests (example : your competitor trying to shut down your web site, etc.).
